Workshop

Our workshop contains the typical machining equipment you would expect of a long established toolmaking company. We have a variety of milling, turning, drilling and boring capabilities, including CNC.

Milling

• Bridgeport Interacts (CNC) and Bridgeport turret mills (conventional).

Turning

• Variety of Harrison and Colchester lathes.

Other facilities include

• Grinding (cylindrical & surface).
• Drilling (bench and pilar).
• Saw Equipment (Cut off, Circular & Band).
• Press equipment.
• Plastic Moulding equipment.
• Spark EDM erosion equipment.

JJ Engineering can apply CNC technology, aswell as the utilisation of our extensive skill base to produce a variety of quality components and assemblies.
